Just Call Me Cow Boy John

So far it's pretty cool. Very much an outdoors-lover's heaven. I have yet to see a non-white here, and I occasionally feel that I'm the first damn Chinese man that some of these people have ever seen... Other than that, I think that I will enjoy it here.

We looked into alternative accomodations yesterday, as we will be here for at least 3-4 months. We checked out this cool 100 yr old mansion, full of antique/victorian type furniture. That place will definitely be an interesting place to live (8 bdrms, 7 baths, > 10,000 sq.ft) but it is sort of creepy. If we move in there, I plan on hanging crosses and garlic on the door to the basement. :)
