TimeTiger 1 Pricing, Ordering and Licensing Information

TimeTiger pricing depends on how many licenses you will own after your purchase.

TimeTiger is licensed on a per-user basis. You are required to purchase a user-license for each active user record in the TimeTiger database, regardless of how many users you anticipate may be connected at any one time. So, if you have 30 users at your organization who will be logging their time, you need 30 licenses.

TimeTiger/Web, the web time logging and editing component of TimeTiger, is included at no extra charge as part of your license for TimeTiger. However, you must still purchase a user-license for each user who will be logging their time using TimeTiger/Web. If you have already purchased a TimeTiger license for that user, no additional TimeTiger/Web license is required.

Other than the cost of user licenses, there are no additional up-front costs. You are entitled to a year of e-mail and telephone support at no charge, after which our Support Subscription entitles you to continuing e-mail and toll-free telephone support, maintenance releases, bug-fixes, and software upgrades. You may upgrade to TimeTiger 2 at no charge at any time after you purchase TimeTiger.

If users leave your organization, you can make the user inactive in TimeTiger. Their data is preserved in the system for reporting purposes, but they can no longer login to the system. Their user-license can then be "re-used" for a new user that joins your group.

TimeTiger licensing is enforced using an authorization key system that Indigo administers. The trial version you download from our web-site includes a 30-day unlimited-user authorization key that you activate by typing the word "TRIAL" when asked to enter a key. After 30 days, the trial key will expire and you will need to purchase an authorization key from Indigo or from an Indigo partner to continue using TimeTiger.
