TimeTiger 1 Support & Upgrade Policy

For the purpose of this support policy, you are a client if you are an individual or belong to an organization that has purchased one or more TimeTiger licenses.

All new clients (clients who purchase TimeTiger for the first time) receive a Support Subscription at no charge, lasting for a period of one year after the initial purchase date.

Support Subscription

A Support Subscription entitles you to all TimeTiger software patches, upgrades and new versions released during the subscription period as well as to no-charge priority telephone and e-mail support.

You will receive support from Indigo if at least one of the following conditions is met:

  1. You have a current (unexpired) Support Subscription.
  2. You provide a purchase order to renew your expired Support Subscription.
  3. You provide credit card information to renew your expired Support Subscription.

Patches, upgrades and new version releases of TimeTiger will be available to you only if you meet one of the following conditions:

  1. You have a current (unexpired) Support Subscription.
  2. You provide a purchase order to renew your expired Support Subscription.
  3. You provide credit card information to renew your expired Support Subscription.

Upgrades

As a client, you are entitled to a no-charge upgrade to TimeTiger 2 On-Premises, at any time, for the same number of user licenses as you currently own for TimeTiger 1.x. You are entitled to this no-charge upgrade regardless of whether you have a current (unexpired) Support Subscription. You may also upgrade to TimeTiger 2 Online, our hosted solution, however the standard monthly charge for TimeTiger 2 Online will apply after your existing support subscription, if any, expires.

Pricing and Renewals

TimeTiger Support Subscriptions are renewed annually for each TimeTiger user license your organization owns. If you renew your Support Subscription within 30 days of expiration, you are entitled to an additional 20% off the regular price.

Support Subscriptions are renewed for the following year. If you own more than 10 TimeTiger licenses and renew your subscription by purchase order, you may elect to be billed quarterly (rather than annually) for your Support Subscription.

If you wish to purchase or renew a Support Subscription for fewer users than you are currently licensed for, you may do so. However, you will effectively relinquish your TimeTiger licenses for the remaining users. If in the future you require a license for additional users, you will be issued an authorization key for the number of users being supported plus the number of new users you order.
