Database

TimeTiger can use its own database format (compatible with Microsoft Access 2000) but for deployments over 150 users we recommend using Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005 or later to store your TimeTiger data. The no-charge Microsoft SQL Server Express edition is fully supported.

For greatly improved performance, we recommend installing Microsoft SQL Server on the same physical machine as the TimeTiger application server.
